Join us for our next Bitcoin meetup in Vilnius!
This time we will screen Who Really Owns the Federal Reserve?, a documentary looking back at Jekyll Island, the creation of the Federal Reserve, Bretton Woods, and the end of the dollar’s link to gold.
After the screening, we will open the discussion around a simple question: what does this history tell us about monetary power, inflation, debt, and the appeal of Bitcoin?
We will talk about central banking, the fiat system, money creation, inflation, and why Bitcoin is often seen as an alternative to politically managed money.
This meetup is for people who want to better understand how the current monetary system works, why it is criticized, and what Bitcoin changes in that conversation.
Whether you are already into Bitcoin or simply curious, you are welcome to join.

The place is a bit hard to find, you will find the entrance from Panerių g. 37. You will see an orange wooden structure in front of the building, the entrance is on the left. The door will be open for the meetup and the meeting space is on the top floor.
